  • You'll pay $8.50 for shipping anywhere in New Zealand, unless you're ordering something bulky. We clearly mark bulky items on the product page, and orders with a bulky item will cost $50 to ship.

  • You'll get free shipping if you spend more than $100 in a single order.

PICK UP

  • You can choose to pick up your order at our warehouse if you're near Auckland. Pickup is free, and our warehouse is open from 2:00pm to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Our goal is to have your order ready for pick up or shipping within 3 hours (weekdays, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm).

  • When you place an order before noon, it's usually in the hands of our courier or ready to pick up the same day.
